Lidded porcelain mug from Royal Copenhagen from the first half of the 1880s, probably a silver wedding present. Decorated with flower bouquets and gold trim, inside the handle marked with Royal Copenhagen's three waves, mounted with a silver lid engraved with medallions and tendrils, in the form of a mythical animal, on the top of the lid a gilded marriage medal made in the 18th century by medalist Georg Hautsch, Nuremberg. The lid is stamped with the year '1828' and 'HL' for master Hans Hansen Lunde, b. 1790, citizen of Tønsberg 1810, d. 1833, as well as the inscription 'Vegtig 14 Lod'.
