Thonet cantilever chair, arm rest / leather S 34 Mart Stam (4)

A set of tubular steel cantilever chairs, model S 34 (4), designed by Mart Stam, produced by Thonet. Designed in 1926. Cantilever structure of chrome-plated tubular steel, seat and back of cognac colour core leather, underside lined with linen, arm rests of beech wood. Leather marked with imprint.
Approx. dimensions: W 58 cm, H 84cm, D approx. 64 cm. Minor wear commensurate with age, the leather has a slight patina and partial stains and minor scratches.
